After hours technical support
This is a reminder that ICS has a technician on duty to provide technical support after hours as follows:
Monday to Friday from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
Saturday and Sunday, from 12:00pm - 5:00pm.
*** For support, call 514-609-2700 or page 514-540-4881.
This service is for service desks workstations, public computers, and print release stations/print server connectivity. The after hours ICS technician doesn’t provide users’ support.
