Did you know?

The print stations on McLennan main and second floors are networked - this means that print jobs sent from computers in McLennan may be picked up on either floor. I have found that this comes in handy when there is a problem with the print station on the first floor (e.g. a card stuck in the card reader), or even a line up to use the machines - just send students upstairs!

Another reason to pick up a print on the second floor is to print on 11x17 paper. The printer/copier on the second floor of McLennan prints and copies on 11x17 (tabloid), in addition to 8.5x11 (letter) and 8.5x14 (legal) - in black and white only.

ICS summer support hours

This is to inform you that as of now, ICS technical support services are following summer hours (no evening or weekend support). Library staff can still email support.IST@mcgill.ca or call 514-398-3398 to report emergencies, such as widespread system problems. Please note that a technician will be available on summer Fridays.

Regular service hours for ICS technical support will resume as of Monday, August 23.
