*New* walkie-talkie default: channel 3

As some of you may already be aware, employing channel '2' as the default for walkie-talkie communications--as per my previous instructions (below)--results in interference with local police communications. Therefore, be sure to set your walkie-talkies to channel '3' from now on. You may subsequently switch to channel '4' (if you encounter interference).
