Several students have reported that they aren’t able to get sound on public computers in Redpath and McLennan. Charles says that this is a known issue on the Dell 745 machines. He is trying to push out updates that will resolve the issue. If students report the problem, they can try rebooting the computer. If it still doesn’t work, they should look for a HP computer.
Charles hopes to have the issue resolved during the week of September 5.
