Please be advised that Printing services is relocating the MFDs that were in the Redpath photocopy room. All the machines have been moved but not all of them are yet operational.
There will be two MFDs Black and White in all the floors in McLennan and one additional B&W and one additional colour 6400 in the McLennan Reference area. This will make it easier for our users to remember that they can now retrieve their print jobs from anywhere where a Uprint MFD is located. It will also make it easier for non-McGill users and Staff to determine which 6400 is readily available in McLennan. These users can also go to Blackader where another MFD 6400 is available and the material doesn’t need to be signed out to get there.
Just a reminder that all printing cards have their ID and password verified. Users need to make sure that in entering the characters they don’t press more than one key at the same time or press so long that the character is entered twice. These are the main reasons why they get a message about incorrect ID or password.
