Brenda Stevenson (Serials – Collection Services) has been instrumental in making changes and ensuring that all unbound issues (hundreds of them) are properly identified in the Holdings statement.
At this point in time approximately 1/3 of the collection has been completed.
This is how the record looks in Aleph Circulation once the change has been made.
We are getting queries for titles that have not been changed to Redpath Location. (see e.g. Sub-Library, Collection; Call Number and Status)
You can assist patrons locate the title by consulting the spreadsheet in the U common drive (U:\Lending and Access HSSL\Common\Redpath basement Currie Gym). Select excel file – “RPB-Journal record after shifting” - listing titles in the order they are shelved.
You will also need to consult the Word document – “Redpath Basement Serials Range Entries” which gives you the range of titles in each row.
Range markers have been posted in each row to indicate corresponding “range entries”.
This will enable you to pin point where the title is shelved in a particular row number.

PS I am attaching the relevant files if you unable to access the U drive. However, these files get updated on a regular basis.
