To you who are suffering let me repeat some backgound info.
The cooling coils in the system are presently leaking or not operational. Work on the coils is being done during the evening (10pm to 6am) and will take 3-4 weeks to complete. During this time, at night the system will be off, and during the day the system will be on but there will be no cooling. When the work will be completed there should be a noticeable improvement in the cooling capabilities of your system for the summer months
They expect to have completed the work by 31 May. Relief is in sight.
