A couple of things to mention:
- for the Saturday and Sunday staff at Info desk, a reminder to put up the sign indicating that you will be away from the desk until 00:00, and please remember to call Lending/Access to inform them that you are going for lunch and ask them what # you should be forwarding the phone to. Usually it's 4701.
- Facilities dept. is changing the duct/ventilation system. The lack of air circulation we are experiencing will continue until the first week in June. Work started shortly after exam time, the reasoning being that May was not too hot a period to do such work.
