Two items:
1. People wanting serial items that are listed in the catalogue --> "Closed Storage (Currently unavailable)" should be referred to the RBD service desk.
Richard Virr has suggested that they will attend to the requests.
2. Reminder that we should inform students to return reserves items to the loans desk before closing time and should not be returned in the overnight bins, else they will incur a fine.
